Ok stay but terrible communication
The room was fine, beds were comfortable but it was very basic and bare. The room was actually in a residential block not a normal hotel. Reception closed at 5pm and we arrived later than this so had no way of getting in. We ended up having g to walk across town (family of 5 with our bags) to another of their hotels to find out how to get our key etc. to then have to walk back again.

They robbed us!!!!
The place is okay, but the sofa is very uncomfortable even for one day. The pools are too small for the amount of apartments and the people there was very noisy and rude. But the worst part was that we forgot some clothes in the washing machine and the stuff robbed us! We realised just an hour after we left that we forgot the clothes and called them to please check this and put everything on a bag to pick it up, and they took 2 days to get back to us, actually they didn’t even call back! we had too call every day and they didn’t answer the phone until 2 days after we left, just to said that “they haven’t find anything in the apartment” .. this is so bad, we’re paying for it, to stay there, for a good service and we get robbed? Of course we don’t recommend this place and we won’t be staying there never again. It’s so sad that they didn’t even offer us an apology!!!! Shame on them.

Perfect spot for a family visit to Port Aventura
The apartment was spacious, clean and very well located to get to PortAventura. I had to do a late check-in but the communication was really clear and the instructions very easy to follow.

Nice apartment in Salou
Comfortable and well located apartment. Just 25 minutes to PortAventura by foot and just 10 minutes to the beach. Big apartment with 2 bedroom.

Comfortable apartment.Had problem with the cistern, caused a noise,kept me awake, went to reception and told them about it,and was fixed straight away.Walls are a bit thin so noise will travel,only negative for me, highly recommend these apartments.

Very nice two-bedroom apartment, clean and convenient. However, we had to request a kettle and I did not like the small print insisting that one had to clean the kitchen or pay €50. I don't mind cleaning anything and in fact we cleaned the property from top to bottom before we left (as we always do) but a requirement to clean the kitchen or pay €50 should be communicated upfront before the booking is made.

Excellent apartment, clean, spacious, light and very big! Only bad points, Not a great equipped kitchen, hate shower curtains! And no security around the pool area and had young adults with no respect for anyone else, smoking, drinking and dive bombing the pool (reception were no help) .

Very enjoyable to be able to relax in a home away from home. Having a swimming pool within reach was great when the energy to go to the beach was not there. Lovely stay.

Very enjoyable stay
We are a family of 5 (kids 16,13,11) who stayed here for 8 nights in June 2019. The complex is perfectly situated within walking distance of Salou's beaches and restaurants etc. It is a 5 min drive from PortAventura World which was the main reason we visited Salou. The apartment accommodated the 5 of us no problem with a large sofa bed in the living room where our 16 year old slept quite comfortably. There is a good sized kitchen and there is wifi. The complex is made up of 8 apartment blocks and there is a fairly good size swimming pool in the centre of 4 apartments. The complex is built on quite a steep hill and we were unlucky to get one of the apartments at the top of the hill which made for a tough walk up at the end of each day. Also our apartment was one of the ones whose balcony did not have the sun in the late afternoon/evening which was disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would go back which is always a good indication. I must add that PortAventura Park and the Caribe Aquatica Park were brilliant but I would not bother going to Ferrari Land. There is very little to do here and not worth the money. Also worth noting we did day trips to Cambrils and Tarragona. Cambrils is a beautiful seaside town next to Salou but is much nice than Salou. The beaches are lovely and much quieter. Tarragona is a very historic town well worth visiting :)

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We particularly liked the fact there was a washing machine which we used a lot. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice sized lounge and terrace. We would have preferred a pool view as we overlooked a busy road but it didn’t bother us too much. Good size pool which the boys enjoyed before heading down to the beach - 10 mins walk. Perfect for a family holiday and very reasonably priced.

Well maintained and spacious
The accommodation was very good and the location was 10 minutes walk to main tourist area. The only gripe was the mattress on the double bed. It's the hardest most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on!! This seemed to be the same in each apartment as we had booked 3 due to the size of our group. Everyone had the same opinion!!

Great apartments
Spacious , modern , air conditioned apartments approx 10 mins walk to pubs and restaurants . Apartment had washing machine , dishwasher , fridge/freezer, microwave , kettle . No toaster but was able to use grill in oven and hairdryer and bed guard were picked up free from reception. Paid 10 Euro for travel cot for baby , which had a good mattress and fitted sleeping bag. Spacious balcony with 6 seats and table and additional balcony for drying clothes. Pool area was clean , pool was a bit cold as it is not heated. Could do with some more sun beds , only 6 round the pool. There was around 6 parasols fitted into ground for shade. We took the chairs from balcony out to sit on as we were ground floor. We received clean towels half way through our 1week break which was good. Think you can pay extra at reception and receive a maid service. There are 9 apartment blocks situated going up a hill , so ask for a low down block if you have kids etc . Great parking underneath each block with secure code. Around 50euro for 1 week. There is also free parking just outside the complex. Overall great stay and would recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, it was spacious and well kitted out for eating in and for lounging after some busy days in Port aventura and Barcelona. Apartment located about 10-15 minute walk from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Communication was not great, but pretty self explanatory anyway. Would definitely stay here again due to price and comfort.

A short golfing break
Arrived late and found reception closed. A telephone call allowed us to get our keys from the safe. We also had to make another late call when the gates closed stopping us from getting our car out. Staff were all helpful and cheerful. As I was playing golf each day I t was day 3 before I could get to reception to hand over passports. This was not a problem and the lady was very relaxed. Thank you. A beautiful area and very quiet as it was late season. The last night was different when a family moved in upstairs and made an incredible noise. I left a new pack of golf balls behind! Hey ho. The courses in the neighbourhood were great. I need to improve my Spanish as the locals are not always so good with English. But still much better than my attempts at Spanish. Weather was warm but windy.
