"Staff at front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For some reason they had trouble finding my reservation after repeatedly telling them all the information. Three different people at the desk looked through their system and couldn’t find it while I spent over 30 minutes standing there. They kept sending me away telling me I was at the wrong place. "One of the workers at the desk was amazing and Can easily work at a five star hotel, great energy, the other girl a blonde girl should not have a job, horrible customer service looks lile she hated her Job, made it awkward going through the lobby. Cleaning service was good, left valuables out, nothing went missing. Area around the hotel is “OK” little super market across the street came in handy. "
