It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The highlight for us was the food. A fantastic range of fruits for breakfast, and mouth-watering five-course meals in the evening with a great range of wines. We liked the peaceful and relaxing ambiance of the pool area. There are several walks in the vicinity of the hotel and several good eateries down by the sea also.

Nice location, beautiful small hotel and very nice people, serving great breakfast.

Really great hotel! Personalised service on checkin, with a tour of the hotel and facilities. Very friendly staff all the time. Great extra touches like a tablet with built in wi-fi hotspot for use on the beach etc, bed was done each night, everything was done very nicely. We also had the breakfast and dinner included, which was great - very lovely restaurant on the roof with great views and very nice food. You have to book each night for dinner though (as it's a proper menu, not a buffet),...

Fabulous

The hotel is simply amazing, with exceptional view, great service and quiet location. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again

Fantastic location, immaculate, friendly staff stayed for 2 nights.

After several years coming to Maspalomas i finally found the place to be! Nice property, large rooms, and most important: the staff! They really made me feel very welcome. Specially Edu and David! They are treasures! Thank you both for making my stay something else! Just can't wait to be back!

Beautiful complex could not fault it in any way, maybe if I had one criticism it would be the hotel caters for a slightly older person bet that’s it food staff & grounds were all amazing.

Amazing, beautiful place and the staff where superb. Will definitely go back.

Initially we did not get the room we expected. It took 2 days before we were transferred to a suitable room. We felt that we were being unfairly treated. The hotel staff member at the time of arrival stated that the hotel was overbooked. This gave us the impression that we were NOT valued customers.Eventually were transferred.

We stayed in 2 bedroom house ,it was clean and nice ,the location is remote and if you don't have a car will be a problem, the wifi was bad ,the staff was very nice ,they cleaned everyday the house and the pool .
