The guy was really nice , as u walk in the wall are super dirty and tons of patch up paint where someone punch holes in the walls , lots of “slum lord” paint jobs , the beds were made nicely with dirty sheets, ants in the kitchen,the flys in the backyard was making me go crazy,The neighbors came to knock on the doors to tell us how the owner owes them money. The window was broken and holes in the walls when I let the owner know he said he knew but “what do you want me to do about it” for the amount of money we paid I could have just paid for a venue and had better stay at motel 6 , the towels were as rough as sand paper and it’s listed with washer and dryer but the dryer doesn’t work and there was a moldy pillow in the washing machine it was just unfortunate I had really high hopes for this place for the amount of money it’s listed for. :(
