They have done a great remodel on the property, but the around around the hotel is pretty unsafe. Lots of homless camps and people yelling at stuff. It's not a reflection on the hotel, which was great but be prepared if you're staying there.

It was a lovely facility with a very. accommodating. staff. When guests Arrive late it would have been nice to have a couple of food options on site or nearby. We would stay here again.

Hotel was decent. Some carpets stained in the room but not a huge deal to me. I loved the secured parking garage. Hotel is located in tenderloin which is not a nice part of SF. you will come across lots of homeless people and people openly doing drugs. They usually don’t bother you though.

It’s Pet friendly but no pet area for them to potty, that’s disappointing. Also parking was chaotic and not included, I’d rather pay more for a different hotel with valet and secure parking.

This facility used to be an old holiday inn express and they redid the lobby. The lobby, which looks very nice very clean. However, when you go upstairs, they attempted to redo the actual room with modern pieces however, the layout itself is still the old holiday inn and the floors have numerous stains. Expedia will advertise one price and you’re thinking you’re getting a deal however, at the end of your stay, you will be hit with numerous San Francisco tax fees. at the end of my stay I also noticed that someone random used the bar and ordered food and told staff to put the fee on their roombill, mistake it for mine. Luckily the hotel did refund me that price which was nice. Their overnight parking is around $80 per night. However, it is not valet. You will park you cae your self. They will tell you that that is standard across San Francisco which it is not, you can park your car across the street in an overnight parking garage for half the price.
