"This is a very nice small hotel with very accommodating staff. We advised that we would be arriving quite late and there was a helpful staff member waiting for us, ready to help with luggage, parking information and anything else we needed. The room was charming and clean and the breakfast was excellent. There are stairs but they are manageable (I am 68 years old and my wife is 66). "A great hotel - friendly, welcoming & very friendly staff. Very helpful & I really felt welcomed! The breakfast staff were wonderful - with special mention to Bedere - who was always happy to go the extra mile. The coffee was great, thank you! I liked that the hotel was just outside the main centre - but a very easy walk to the centre, & away from the noise, parties & drums 😋. I thought the hotel went beyond the norm to make the hotel guests feel welcome. Such friendly and pleasant staff - and along with the location and comfortable & clean rooms - I really enjoyed my stay in lovely Siena👍👍👍👍👍!"
