Excellent week in Puerto Rico

A great week mixing work and pleasure. The accomadations were fantastic and well located. Very comfortable and within walking to beaches and restaraunts. We will definitely stay again!

Great location

The condo was clean, location was perfect. Bars, restaurants, lagoon, casino … all a short walk from the front door, but the place was safe, quiet and cooled off really well. Highly recommended for families.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. It was overall a great experience with the exception of a parking issue with our neighboring parking spot. But the host took care of it immediately which we appreciated very much! The condo had everything we needed. The apartment probably needs a few upgrades but that’s just personal preference. I would definitely recommend this location. It’s a prime area and close to everything!

Perfect place for Condado

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was perfect and accommodations were more than sufficient for our vacation. We found everything clean, with lots of little ammenities for the beach and such. We were initially concerned that there was not central AC (my in-laws are older) but found that we didn’t need it. AC in the bedrooms was great for sleeping, and the island breeze kept things cool in the rest of the house. Would definitely book again.

Nice condo great location!

Property was clean, spacious, and came with everything we needed. The location was perfect and we could walk to the beach and restaurants or take Uber to Old San Juan. Very close to airport . We would definitely stay there again!

Condo in San Juan

Very spacious condo great for our family trip to San Juan. It is a convenient area near the beach front road with plenty of restaurants, bars and beaches. The neighborhood was overall pretty quiet. Great for a family or group of people looking for some space to spread out after a long day exploring San Juan.

Our first VRBO was better than our stay at the Vanderbilt

We stayed for two weeks with a group of four. The location makes it convenient to old San Juan, the beaches in Condado and shopping. 4 months ago we stayed at the Vanderbilt hotel just down the block and I have to say I enjoyed this condo better. Communication with the owner was spot on with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Location, location, location

Walk to fine dining, shopping, beach. Short drive to Old San Juan and Miramar, and easy access to major highways. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable, definitely a great place to stay in the metropolitan area.

Great place in great location

We had a very good stay at this apartment. It’s in a great location and everything was clean and in good shape when we arrived. Although we didn’t have any problems for which we needed to contact the owners, they were very responsive when we had questions before our stay. I definitely recommend it for a group of four to six adults.

Awesome Puerto Rico VRBO

Me, my wife, mom, dad, and brother stayed at this VRBO for a friend's wedding. We had a great time! A ton of space. The person who greeted us at the VRBO was very nice and showed us all the amenities for the VRBO, including beach chairs that we used at the beach! The only inconvenience was that the gate control stopped working and it took a few days to get it figured out, so we had to park elsewhere.

Time well spent

Our stay here was nice. The property was just like it was pictured. We were met by someone who gave us the tour and suggestions for the beach near by. It was very quiet at night for good sleep and the space was well kept. I would stay again next time!

A stay you won’t regret!

Right on the edge of the water and a 2minute walk from so many bars restaurants and souvenir shops. This place was perfect from top to bottom, close enough to old San Juan and still feels like you’re in the mix. My family stayed here for a family reunion vacation and the apartment was fully prepared and stocked with utilities and supplies to maximize our stay. The hosts even helped recommend other locations near by for extended family who were wanting their own place during our vacation.We can’t thank the hosts enough.for providing such a great experience! Will definitely be back again

Wonderful location and very clean

I stayed with my adult son and daughter and my 6 year old grandson. They was plenty of room and plenty to do for all of us outside of the condo. House was very clean and check in instructions were easy to understand. Location was great! Lots of restaurants, stores and beaches within walking distance. My only recommendation for the owners is to provide more oven pans, pot holders and boards games.

Location, location, location!

Spacious, comfortable apartment but location can't be beat. Several great restaurants within 2 blocks, many more within 10-min walk (along with beach front bars, pharmacies, and groceries). 10-min ride to old San Juan or Santurce for more eats and entertainment. <10 mins walk to beach. Apartment is large and well furnished - everything advertised is there. Large kitchen for those who want to cook in. Furniture is a bit worn but perfectly fine for short-term rental - why are you hanging out in the apt when you're in a tropical paradise anyway?! :-)

Nice location, clean, street/off site parking pretty good, accurate description, fairly easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and stores on the area. We went swimming at the small beach that was about a 5 minute walk and saw a Manatee. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available to use. Got stuck in elevator due to city wide power outage and response time was great. Big thank you to the cleaning person who called right away and called to follow up after a few minutes to make sure they were on the way!

Great San Juan (Candado) location!

For a 3 night stay before our cruise, this was an excellent property in an amazing location! - Check-in and access were as-described in the correspondance; - the apartment was spacious, clean and functional, easy to live in for the duration of our stay; - Beach, shopping and food & drink where all steps away, and the provided towels / beach chairs / etc were very much appreciated! - Owners were respectful but attentive (inquired after a third-party notification that the assigned parking spot was being disrespected); - A/C in each bedroom and fans in living room made for comfortable evenings and sleeps, on very adequate beds in all 3 rooms; - bathrooms could use a refresh and the water pressure was a bit underwhelming, but still serviceable; - kitchen was kitted out well and very functional. We would absolutely consider a return stay!

Clean location, felt safe. Everything was as described. Only qualm -property manager came to have washing machine repaired during the middle of our stay with same day notification. My issues - Didn’t know washing machine was broken, 24 hour notice better (ideally after we checked out), and wasn’t timely (supposed to be done in AM, repair main still there in afternoon).

Clean, spacious, central location, near nice beach

The place is spacious, clean, and safe. It’s equipped with everything you need and more. The owner is very responsive and nice. The location is great. It’s in walking distance with many restaurants, casino, spa, and very nice/clean beach and lagoon. It’s only about 10 minutes drive to Old San Juan. Unfortunately, there are some negatives too. It is very noisy from music and cars even past midnight from the streets. There’s loud noise during the day from construction nearby too. So not good for light sleepers. The elevator was broken during most of our stay. The beds are firm. So if you are not used to firm mattress, it may be uncomfortable.

Great place to stay in Condado; close to beach and restaurants!

Pros: Nice and clean. Relatively cool in living room if A/C all on. Appreciate all the swim towels, beach chairs, iron and ironing board. Kitchen well stocked even though we didn’t use a lot. Nice to have washer and dryer- they worked well. Cons: Master bedroom needs darkening shades. Elevator - broke twice, once for 40+ minutes with 3 people in it! If you want to make your space more accessible to older and/or hdcp people…. Need grab bar at least in 1 shower. Slat in guest bathroom window would not close so it was always hot in there and who knows what bugs came in. Appreciate security but way too much to maneuver for just going for a walk, or running down to the vehicle. Really a great place to stay, just needs a little work to make it easier for an older couple and family to stay. Hosts awesome to work with!
