JUST DONT! The app they want you to use was useless since it never opened our door so we got a key. Couldn’t get a hot shower for the entire 5 days we were there… then the pipes burst. I knew this place wasn’t gonna be the Condado Vanderbilt or La Concha but dear God I wasn’t expecting what we walked into. The noise never stops, the entire place echoes, you hear everything magnified. The pool is a bad joke, think concrete kiddie pool. This place is closer to a youth hostel then a “boutique” hotel. Pay a few $$$ more & go somewhere nicer.

This felt more like staying at a motel, the cleanliness was not great, the area is noisy with a lot of work on the street, the staff was not friendly nor helpful. I would not recommend.

The hotel staff were all really nice and accommodating. They'd suggest restaurants and places to try. All spoke English and Spanish so there was no problem communicating with them. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The parking availability is definitely a problem. The night I arrived, it was very late and I was traveling alone. I finally had to park my car in a lot down the street. I had to walk at like 2:00 am by myself from the lot. When I went to retrieve it the next day, it cost me $50.00!! The first couple of days I was there, some people were yelling, swearing, fighting, and slamming doors. Occasionally in the middle of the night you'd hear a loud door slam. At times water pressure is low in the shower and then at times there's little hot water. The pool is pretty small. The maids often forgot to drop off new towels even after I requested them. I wish they had real cream for the coffee in the morning, but you could always pick some up and keep in your refrigerator. I hate the powdered creamer. Otherwise, we had a great week. The weather was good, not too hot, not too much rain. The staff were very nice!

When we arrived there was a gentleman who wasn’t personable. We were unable to check in early and parking is limited to first come, first serve. The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. We only stayed here our last night because we had an early flight and we had traveled all over the island. It was worth the price.

The stay here was not bad at all very clean and everything is in walking distance food, bars, beach anything that you can think of… the only complaint I have is that there was barley in hot water let’s say it was luke warm.

Enjoyed my stay here. Perfect for a short weekend getaway. I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe at this location. Located near great restaurants, walking distance to Condado Beach. There’s a Walgreens on the corner that’s open 24hrs. Not far from Old San Juan, La Placita, and the airport. After a day of being out I knew I was coming back to a clean and cozy room. Amazing, kind, and generous staff. Front desk is open 24hrs. Overall great stay, not much I would change.

This was a great property to stay at. It was close to a lot of dinning and bar options. Walgreens is a block away which was very convenient. Staff could have been friendlier but other than that I would stay here again.

Loved the area. Very walkable and close to the beach and many dining options. It’s also very central to other areas of the island so easy to get around by car/rideshare. Unfortunately, the floors of our room were filthy and were not cleaned before we checked in or while we were there and the hotel lacked basic amenities like a microwave or ice machine (not a super big deal). Staff was okay but they’re not always easy to find if you need something. It was a fine stay, just don’t expect anything fancy. Best part of this hotel was the location.

This little hotel is located quite nicely that’s stone throwaway from beach. Location wise it scores all 5 stars. Plenty of dining options all around the hotel. Housecleaning staff were prompt, courteous and go out of the way to help. Front desk people are totally useless and good for nothing. I stayed for 5 nights and complained about tv not working in the room. They couldn’t get it fixed in all those 5 days. I kept checking for all 5 days and each day they had a new story to tell. The hotel offers complimentary toast and coffee in the mornings which may be useful to some. This hotel is more for couples and families shall look elsewhere.

The location is the best thing about the property. The only thing. The first guy that worked the lobby upon arrival was not friendly. There was a gal that was there when we were checking out and she was wonderful - I think her name was Glenda. We we on the first floor, first room. We could literally hear every guest in and out of the building. They haven't figured out that they should fix the slamming door. The door autolocks and you must be buzzed in. They claim they are at the front desk 24hrs....but if that were true, we would not have been hearing the doorbell go off all night. Our room was like a dungeon, the only window had to be covered because it went to the stairway, where people could see in and out. Continental breakast = Bread, granola bar, coffee. Again,thankful that location was good, we could pick up breakfast elsewhere. This hotel has too many stars on Expedia. It should have been a 2 star.

We had to search for someone to get toilet paper. The TV was too small for a double size bedroom. The faucets in the sink and shower operated in reverse for hot and cold. The reception staff were not professional in dress and knowledge.

If you are looking for a just a average hotel with nothing spectacular then this is for you. They don't have early check in or late check outs. The room looked nothing like the picture. The floors and bathroom were tile and had alot of holes and cracks in them. The room did have a mini fridge and small table and chairs. There was a jacuzzi tub but i couldn't use because there was nothings to put in the drain to hold the water. They put me on the ground floor even though i asked for a higher one. There is a sitting area in front of the rooms so you cant sleep in if people are up and hanging out in the area. The doors did have locks that can be opened with your phone. I have verizon and my service sucked there so it was a issue opening the door sometimes. So if you are just looking for a room to sleep. This is for you. If you are going for a relaxing special vacation. You'd definitely be better off doing one of the chain hotels and paying a little more. I see now paying more would have been way more worth it in the long run.

We had a great stay at the Coral Princess! It's super convenient to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. We'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel in San Juan.

I don’t know how this hotel got a 5 star rating. I would say it’s 2.5 or 3. Needs updating, no safe in room and you could see through the doorframe when the doors were closed. Supposed to be a pool there somewhere but we never did see it.

So nice! Our room had everything we needed and was clean as well. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and also have a helpful introduction about the area during our check-in. The only downside is that free parking is a bit limited and the paid lot nearby is a bit expensive, but for the hotel convenience and location it was worth it!

They were super nice at this hotel. No it is not a 5 star resort. But it was very clean and around the beach and a lot of restaurants. I would recommend if you are on a budget and need a nice place to stay.
