"This is a very nice, clean and quiet property to stay at. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!"

"Only a few items that need to be looked at.First the sliding doors, both to the exterior rear deck and in the master shower. THey need some track straightening. The shower is nearly impossible to close.Next, the "Duo" coffee maker with both either a pot or cup option. We have the same one at home and use it daily. Problem is that the "basket", or holder for the coffee and filter in the pot side is wrong. Somehow the proper basket is missing and replaced by a copper basket from another model. When used the coffee grounds are sprayed all over the pot as well as the sides of the coffee maker itself. We cleaned the coffee maker, descaled the pumping and putting on the shelf in the laundry room.Good news is that we were really impressed by how well the home and in particular the kitchen was equipped. The kitchen was super!"

"This cabin is in a great location between Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek. The cabin is three-story with a bathroom on each floor which worked very well with our group. It was very cozy and relaxing. When we arrived, Shawn met with us and personally showed us around to make sure and answer all our questions and to show us around. We also enjoyed having a hiking trailhead within walking distance from our cabin as well as the nearby fishing spots. We definitely plan to stay here again."

"The property owners were very kind and helpful. The place was very clean despite being old. It was nice to be on the river…. The sound was heavenly. The property owners do live on the downstairs portion of the house as stated in the description. The property requires a flight of stairs to access the space and another flight of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms. We constantly felt a little paranoid that we were being a nuisance but never had any complaints. Lots of antiques and knickknacks around the house so not ideal If you have little people that are curious. Overall good experience. "

"We had a wonderful time in Pagosa Springs and really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Moose Lodge. It was an excellent setup for our multi-family trip, with two separate living areas and fully equipped kitchens that had everything we needed to cook comfortably.After long days on the slopes, the hot tub was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the beautiful weather, though we did wish there had been more patio furniture to enjoy the outdoor space.A couple of small notes: some of the beds listed as queens are actually full-size, and there was only one towel provided per guest—so we would plan to request extras next time.Overall, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely return!"
