10/10 Excellent

"We had a fantastic trip! Everyone who works here was so friendly! The entertainment team made everything so fun! A few things to note - The pools are only 4ft deep so really a great place to hang out and enjoy a cool drink, but not a lot of room for swimming for older kids or adults. Pools close at 7:30pm. - There is one pool where games are played all day including drinking games so we stayed in the quieter pool most of our trip. The 3rd pool with the swim up bar is adults only. - They have labels with allergens on almost all their food which was awesome! My daughter can’t have dairy or soy and it was tricky to find options for her, but the staff was super helpful! I was grateful that things were marked so we could avoid items that would make her sick."

"The staff is amazing and very helpful. The pool area needs some maintenance. I think there need to be some more explanation of procedure prior to arrival so we can be better prepared. When we areived they requested names be assigned to each room, this could have been done ahead of time. They requested an ID for each person inclunding the children. They asked for curp numbers for Mexican citizens and passports for each adult, they copied these documents. It took 45 minutes for us to check into 3 rooms. I feel all this could have been done ahead of time. The food was good, the rooms very clean and the staff was very nice. The spa was definitely different then any spa I have ever been to. No a lot of privacy so just be aware. Overall we had a good stay."
