From the structure you can directly access the beach, in front of the house we find a free beach and 200 meters away we find an equipped beach. the two apartments are called PONENTE (with a terrace facing the beach) and OSTRO (also from this terrace you can see the sea).
At Via del Capodoglio 9, in the sought-after Conchiglia area, we rent a ground-floor apartment in a beachfront villa. The apartment comprises a kitchenette with living room, a double bedroom, a second bedroom, a bathroom with a window and shower, and a private outdoor courtyard.
