"The property was lovely with views over the countryside. Room was clean and quiet.The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Was looked after very well by the host. The reason people stay there is to visit the magnificent Bamburgh Castle overlooking the North Sea. Altogether well worth a stay"

"Cottage in the most stunning location and the views breathtaking. Large cottage but the main bedroom with the en-suite a small bedroom . The bedroom downstairs with the single beds , dark and not inviting, a few flies. Large kitchen , lovely agar. Plenty of pots and glasses etc.Would benefit from an American style fridge as the food for 6 people and 2 children did not all fit in the fridge. Useful fridge in the games room where we stored drinks. Lovely games room . Fantastic conservatory, the furniture a little tierd in places, possibly due to the sun.As a family we had the best time and loved the hot tub.We feel it could do with some tender loving care but I would recommend to others for the location alone."
