"The shower flowed into the bedroom area. My wife had to stop mid shower as we had to turn off the water. I never got to shower as they were booked up. I booked via Hotels.com. TRU Hilton would not comp my room. They said I have to take it up with Hotels.com. Poor customer care."

I never heard any noise above or below us. Everyone was so friendly. I just wish that the pool had been an indoor pool. More practical for a hotel in the Midwest."
