My friends and I had booked this accommodation to spend a few nice days in Ibiza. Unfortunately, our plans were thwarted as the accommodation was obviously rented out twice by the landlord! When we arrived at the accommodation, it turned out that someone was already living in the property, even though we had booked and paid for the accommodation properly! After inquiring with the landlord, they did not help us, only the great customer support of FeWo could help us (thank you again at this point). Nevertheless, we had to book new accommodation in Ibiza at short notice as we were homeless for the time being. I find the landlord's behavior bordering on audacity. Can not recommend!
