Let me qualify this review by saying that we didn't actually stay in the hotel. We were on a bus transfer from Marseille to Barcelona and got caught in some of the worst traffic I've ever seen. A normal 6-hour trip took us 14 hours and we arrived too late to make it to the hotel. I contacted the hotel early evening and explained our predicament and they refuse to refund our payment even though they told me they were fully booked at the time. Felt that was inconsiderate and a bit greedy but it was their policy so they got me.

This hotel is in a quiet area and hotel room is good sized. However it is a very bare room with only 1 glass available. The amenity in room is very minimal. The free parking offered is not available due to limited parking space.

The Hotel was superb. 2 important issues however reduced my rating. 1. The availability of the English channels on the TV in my room was intermittent. I expected better for a 4-star hotel that caters for international guests. 2. Inadequate space for the desk chair

It was a little further to Barcelona than I thought but it was easy to take a cab into the Sitges city Center and either walk around there or take the train into Barcelona

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff
Wonderful comfortably & clean accommodation. Pizzeria almost next door with great pizzas. Highly recommended and just a short drive off the motorway.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel room was on the small side but adequate. Unfortunately the hotel is quite a ways from town ( about 10-12€) by cab each way so if you don't have a car it gets expensive. Also besides an Italian restaurant, there is nothing to do in the area.

Staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was well run. Two minor criticisms: our room was quite small for a family of four and our meal in the restaurant was not great but overall the hotel was great value and very pleasant.

Great hotel, perfect for a business trip

Nice hotel and good value
We wanted somewhere with plentiful free parking not too far from Sitges and this place exceeded our expectations. It's not unkind to say it's like a budget Marriott with everything you need and good quality materials and fittings but on a slightly smaller scale. So the rooms, bathrooms, beds, TV, elevator are not so big but nicely done and adequate and it is all new and works 100%. Likewise the breakfast was above average but not amazing. Overall we were very pleased and felt it offered excellent value for money. We would stay again. Nice surroundings.

Nice quiet stay
Hotel is definitely under rated this property should be at least 1 tier higher.Slightly off the beaten track but only 10 minutes on a local bus into the nearest town,or, as we did 35 minute walk on a pleasant afternoon.Staff very friendly,attentive and the standard of cleanliness second to none! Good selection of food each morning which is buffet style..something for everyone.I would have no hesitation to revisiting this hotel in the future if travelling to the region once again.

Good for quiet stay, not great location
Hotel was clean and comfortable but location isn't great. Only stay here if you have a car rental as it is a taxi ride away. We found we spent a lot on taxis and then had to stay in Sitges town all day and make the most of it, whereas if we were on the beach we could pop back in and out as we pleased. Local bar/Restaurant is a must to visit if you stay here - cheap drinks, good cheese and ham!

We arrived very late and the receptionist was very friendly. The next day I needed some help with renting a car and going by bus to the airport to pick up a car, the day receptionist girl did her best to assist me.

Little Gem just outside Sitges Centre
Lovely overnight stay on our way up to France. We enjoyed the hotel very much. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Location a little out of the way (short car/taxi ride to Sitges centre _ approx 5 mins).

Great value not sure why only a 3 star rating
This hotel better than many 4 star rate ones we stayed in. Excellent hotel-room was large, staff friendly, newer and well maintained. Breakfast included and very good. Quiet location and comfortable beds for great sleep. Wifi worked really well too. If you have a vehicle, I would highly recommend this hotel for Sitges.

Great Value and Modern Clean Hotel
The free wifi is great and strong. There is a restaurant next to the hotel that is not bad. The staff is great and friendly. The price is right. It is right off the motorway from Barcelona. It is only 10 mins drive into Sitges. There is a great gym called Aqua in Villanova only 10 mins drive. Overall a great comfortable stay. It is nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the towns. This is in a residential neighborhood and very quiet.

very good in all respects, friendly staff, clean everywhere, excellent breakfast buffet. The location is not great, but the price reflects that...having said that, it is quiet and secluded. The restaurant nearby is NOT to be visited, terrible place, although the Hotel recommended it.

Hotel deSitges is a good hotel, quiet with new rooms. Breakfast was included and free wifi and street parking right outside the door. The only issue for some may be it location slightly out of town so a car or bike would be needed but overall a good hotel and very good value for money.

Having booked this hotel at the last minute, and having stayed many times in substandard accommodation in SItges town (and there is plenty of that on offer!) we were not expecting this hotel on the outskirts to be any great shakes. How refreshing it therefore was to discover that this hotel FAR exceeded our expectations on every front. The hotel staff were incredidibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms and communal areas were immaculately clean. The buffet breakfasts were also well above par. In the 3 star hotel category in SItges, this venue simply demolishes the opposition. Customers who do not have their own car would however find it awkward to get into Sitges without booking a taxi -which costs about 10 euros each way. We will definitely be rebooking at this hotel when we return to visit Sitges.

OK hotel, but far outside civilization
It is a nice hotel if you have a car or are only there during weekdays as it is far from Vilanova and Sitges. It takes about 50 minutes walk to either. There is a bus but it goes only one time per hour on weekends. The taxis are around €8-10 which the hotel claims is cheap but not really if you are the only one in the taxi. Breakfast very good. and rooms clean and tidy with a large toilet. The complimentory drinks was good as there are no shops around the hotel.
