"Likes: . Very close to a fantastic beach as well as half hour walk to the old town. . A lot to see near the hotel. Dislikes: . Pool was closed as of September, but this is not communicated when booking. One of the reasons i went there was the pool they have and advertised. Not sure why pool was closed if A/C is still running. . Shower temperature fluctuations were extreme. Water would get very hot then very cold. . No draft beer or good tequila in the bar. Bar man did not seem to have much knowledge of drinks. I know it is a wine country, but the availability should be there."

"Splendid is certainly the right description! This property is better than the pictures. The owners are always available for any issues you may have and do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The drive to get to this wonderful home is worth the amazing views. We were there for 7 days with family(adults and kids) for my husband’s 70th birthday. We swam in the perfect pool, made pizza’s in the pizza oven and great beach day trips. My only suggestion is bring extra towels as there is only one bath towel per person provided and mosquito repellent. Sperlonga is magnificent, enjoy."
