"Its in a central position in the city and so everything is a short walk away. Restaurants are in abundance ( there's a Japanese restaurant within the hotel). Theres a restaurant yards from the hotel called La Chahura (i think !) which is excellent and the portions are huge ! The hotel itself is spotless and the rooms are big and airy with large bathrooms and boutique decor . The tram runs right outside so it's handy. I will definitely stay here again ."

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "
"The room was very clean and perfectly adequate. Paula was fantastic!! I was soaked from the rain, on arrival, and she immediately got me a couple of towels to dry off. She showed me around, and on informing her that I would not be there for breakfast, she prepared me some food to take with me. There was no tv in the room, but all I wanted was to sleep, before the next part of my journey the following day, so I was ok with that. The other guests seemed respectful, as I was not disturbed all night. The only criticism I have is that on arriving at the location, there is no sign, or name plaque. I wasn't sure I had got the right address, and spent several minutes, trying to check. Other than that, I was extremely happy, and would definitely recommend it. Big Thank You to Paula 🙏😊"
"Had a really nice stay at the hotel. The building and rooms are amazing. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and both were very nice (although the Patio was particularly good and our waiter super friendly/helpful with the menu and recommendations for wine etc).
It is noisy though. Don’t book without accepting this. The restaurants aren’t busy too late (10-11pm) but you can hear the courtyard pretty clearly in the room, and there’s outdoor seating for the Ramen place underneath the windows to the room.
At the weekends you’ll get people down on the street level until pretty late (mostly no cars though which is good).
If you have a car - be prepared to drive in circles looking for parking on the street or walk 5-10 mins to an open air car park (we did street parking as read some bad reviews of the car parks & never had to walk longer than ten mins back to the hotel). On check out day we just drove right outside to pick up our bags as all the businesses had deliveries arriving anyway - just be careful as there can be a lot of pedestrians!
Final tip - our keys were under the mat once we’d gotten upstairs. You only need the code to get into the stairs/lift and the same code isn’t for the key box outside the room. Took us ten mins to realise this!
Highly recommend the cafe “We the North” about 5 mins walk away for amazing coffee. "
