COZY BEACH HOUSE near YACHT HARBOR

COUNTY PERMIT NUMBER 201381. The Beach House has a 1 bedroom/bath with queen size bed The main house is fully furnished with a new remodeled kitchen and bath with a soaker tub and separate shower area, there is a outdoor deck with BBQ, flat screen TV, and queen size bed with luxurious linens. Occupancy is two. 1 Small PET IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pet Fee of $25.00/day . Animals are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there...they must be supervised. Also prefer you walk the dog to pee/poop as the lawn gets burned from the urine. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!
We love and take great care of the property and expect the same from you.
This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. The Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe"El Polomar has a mexican cuisine and is a great place to watch sport volleyball. The Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends,Kayak,or plan a cruise on the Chardonney II charter which also offers dining options while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.

Santa Cruz has 29 miles of beaches to explore, famous surfing spots from Steamers Lane to Pleasure Point, Capitola to Seascape and Sunset Beaches

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend as we were attending a wedding. The property was exactly as advertised. Such a cute, cozy beach house. Perfect for relaxing and just steps from Twin Lakes State Beach and walking distance to some great eating spots. Harbor Cafe breakfast was delish! One of the best VRBO's that we've stayed in. Would definitely come back again!

Loved this little cottage by the beach! Lovely covered porch in the backyard to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Close walk to a beautiful beach. Everything you need to cook but bring your own spices, napkins, foil etc…..

Great location.... just a five minute walk to the beach. House is cute, perfect for a couple. The kitchen is open and modern. Bathtub and a shower was nice. Everything was just lovely.

Beautiful property excellent location- just as advertised and very comfortable. Note that there are no cooking basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil) which made cooking hard without buying a lot of supplies.

The house was clean, the bed comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. The communication with the host was great. I would have given this house a 5 star rating except there were absolutely no condiments, not even salt and pepper.

Graduation weekend

Stayed while in town for my son’s college graduation. It was perfect. My parents stayed in the studio and we stayed in the main house. Plenty of room for all of us.

Perfect size little bungalow for 2 and a dog

We loved this place and the location. We come to visit family and will definitely look to book this again. The proximity to the harbor meant for nice walks every morning. The home was clean and nicely remodeled. The yard and deck were perfect for lounging.

Perfect Getaway

This beach house was ideal in every way. The design and style of the decorating was stunning and the layout of the back and front yards with tropical vibes made for the perfect romantic getaway. Plus the bathroom was amazing. This house is spectacular and if we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

Immaculate Cottage near Yacht Harbor

One of the nicest vrbo rentals we've ever seen. Tastefully decorated, clean, looks like newly renovated. Quiet street close to ocean in desirable Twin Lakes neighborhood. Thumbs up!!

Lovely Beach Cabin

We had a great time at Lana’s beach house. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel almost at home. We also encountered some friendly neighbors.We’ll definitely like to stay again next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Relaxing vacation

This apartment is really clean and beautifully remodeled. It is one of my favorite places to stay in Santa Cruz, walking distance from Twin Lakes Beach and the Yacht Harbor! Nice yard and hangout spot in the back! Quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cozy Cottage

This cottage is very clean and cozy. Everything was very comfortable. Just right for a quick two day get away. We walked to the harbor to watch the sunset and to get coffee in the morning. The covered deck and small back yard were so nice to sit in - even in the rain. We certainly hope to be able to stay here again.

Cozy Beach house- Awesome Location
