"Everything about stay was amazing! They made us feel like we were home even though we were thousands of miles away from home! The room was authentic! The breakfast each morning was delicious. Any questions we had, they were prompt to help us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this being our first time in Italy. We had mentioned that we were there for my parents 80th birthdays. The morning of my mom's birthday, they had baked her a cake and had it waiting. To say they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable is an understatement. We will definitely stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to visit Venice again!"
