"The pictures in the ad are nothing what it actually is for the buffet. The fruit is pineapple apples, oranges. The A/C did not work. No English option on the TV. Water pressure very poor. "

"The entire experience was excellent. The hotel is in a prime location, making it very easy to visit the Colosseum, the Pantheon, and other nearby sights. The staff is very friendly, and the rooftop at the hotel is also very cool. "

"Breakfast has limited choices and was the same everyday. AC was not turned on because it's still mid April. We were sweating and had to go out to the hallway to cool down. Very close to the train station which was convenient for us, but lost of street or homeless people fighting and yelling beside the hotel. I will not book at this hotel again. "

"Breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were spacious and mini bar first rate. Spa was nice and quiet. Staff was 5 stars helping us get a last minute tour to the Vatican. Would return in a heartbeat!"

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. When we got to the hotel it was difficult to get in. We weren't given a code. When I messaged the hotel I didnt get a response for 4 hours. We couldnt hear on the intercom and it took us multiple trys before realizing there was a small door in the large door that pushed in. Other guests were able to direct us to the third floor to check in. This all made ot very safe. The room was standard. The bed comfortable, the pillows nots so much. No view. Only a shampoo/body wash. The TV didnt have smart options so only Italian tv but with all Rome has to offer it didnt matter. Great restaurants nearby. Overall not bad, but not great."
