"The hotel was very nice, very clean and great air conditioning. The staff are really amazing. they just need to hire another cleaning lady. They only have one from what I can see and she was running around like crazy trying to get all the rooms cleaned, but she did an amazing job."
"The staff were extraordinary. Very accommodating and ensured we had the best stay possible. Our room wasn’t fancy however well appointed with a small fridge. Breakfast offering was perfectly fine. They even arranged for car service to the airport. Many of the surrounding restaurants had limited hours because we were there end of season but we were able to arrange for a car to and from town which was a bonus. The walking doable but took about 20 minutes on streets that could be difficult to navigate without some sort of map. "
"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two days prior to boarding a cruise. We had an incredible stay. The communication with Marlene prior to our stay was exceptional. She answered all of my questions and arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel and also to the cruise terminal for us. Orlando, our driver was amazing and very personable. We were able to communicate via a phone app that translated for both of us..We spoke no Italian and he spoke very little English but we managed to carry on a great conversation. Live technology. The staff at the hotel were excellent and so very helpful. They worked as a team. The on site restaurants food was of the highest quality. It was so phenomenal we ate all three main meals there. They also offered a lovely breakfast. This was definitely like finding a needle in a haystack for us. It is very rare to get service like this anymore. We are so happy we came across this little gem! We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again. It was also meticulously clean, large room and had a lovely pool and courtyard. "
"The staff was amazing and the room was big and clean. It's a little less than 10 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minute walk from the port, so right in the middle. It's just a few steps off the main road and inside a building with other businesses in it. It's just up one flight of stairs or you can take the small elevator to floor 1.
The area is nice and there are plenty of restaurants and shops along the main road. The water is just across the street and is a beautiful area to walk around.
The staff really was the stand out for the stay, they explained everything to us and allowed us to keep our bags there the next day after check out because we don't board our cruise until the afternoon.
They also can call to have someone take you to the port terminal for just 10 euro per person.
I really enjoyed my night here and I would recommend it to anyone staying in Civitavecchia.
