"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

"Very nice, small and basic hotel so do not expect any special amenities (like gym) but there is a pool, which we used extensively. It’s is located very close to the beach in Carmen, restaurants and shops. They only serve breakfast there but it was good. Staff was amazing and very helpful (especially David, Luis and Astrid), there was a problem with AC but this issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa by The Beach."

I love that I can never leave the resort but still have an amazing time after it rained the entire time my previous visit. "Truly gorgeous property with lush tropical landscapes, quiet location just steps from local eateries and just a short walk across the street from the beach. Minor suggestions: a dresser to put belongings in (there were shelves near shower, but not enough room for all of our belongings) and perhaps a place to set or hang keys/purse near the door. Also, didn’t see an ice machine. Of note, there’s a gravel path with slight incline that leads to the casitas, so you must carry your bags to your room. Overall, our stay was truly so nice here! The front desk staff weee so nice and helpful w/recommendations, and we loved how peaceful this location was! Comfy beds, AC worked great, & pool was perfectly warm too ☺️"
