"You had us at the beautiful entrance with the bougainvillea everywhere! But on top of that the exquisite and most unique property. The smallest touches to make us feel at home. Stocked fridge and fruits, vegetables. Just thought of everything. The welcome we received from Volkmar was so warm and welcoming and we were honored to meet Miss Cecilia the owner (special shout out to her son Rodrigo). This charming 600 year old property just left us in total awe and the functional design was amazing....

"The hotel room was clean and well maintained, plus stylish. Good lighting. I was able to enjoy the balcony throughout the stay. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was included, and it was so good!! We didn’t feel the need to eat out often during our week, because it was full of great food options and local items. Everything was clearly labeled for allergies, and since I’m Celiac that was helpful. I didn’t have any issues or reactions to the food."

The hotel has an unusual lay-out with blocks of rooms scattered over the hillside and with golf-type buggies running frequently picking guests up to get back to the main building or elsewhere. Our room was very close to one of the three pools from which there was access to a charming small beach. Each swimming pool had a bar with catering alongside which was useful. "Well laid out modern apartment with good amenities and good resort facilities. Unfortunately a handful of parking spaces for a multi-hotel resort. On site dining was expensive but plenty of options within 15 minute walk. "

"Arrived late (0130), called the out of hours number in the door and told where the key was. Checked in at reception after a sleep. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great location, 10-15 minute walk to the harbour or beach. Supermarket and dining options a few minutes walk. Apartment was very nice. Clean. Well featured."

"Only bad part about our stay was that we only stayed for one night. Really family orientated hotel with a superb kids pool and a great entertainment programme especially the animacion team run disney show in the evening. So much focus on the kids having a great time and would definitely head back. We stayed B&B and the breakfast options were plentiful and actual pork Sausages and back bacon were a rare treat for a brit abroad! Rooms could do with a refresh and always a pain to have two...
