"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."

"Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. "

"This hotel is really unique and really feels integrated with the nature around it. It was very clean, comfortable, and had great views. But the best part about our experience there was the staff. The manager was so helpful and kind. I had mistakenly booked for the wrong date and booked an extra day (not sure how I managed that). The manager completely took care of us and not only prepared a room for us, but she sorted things out with Expedia so I was reimbursed for the extra booked night and...

The view of the lake with the volcanos in the background is unbeatable! If you want a peaceful stay in lake atitlan this is definitely the place to be."

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the lake, restaurants, and local attractions.
