The hotel amenity is very 80s. Door keycard reader requires multiple tries for entry. Their service also did not meet expectations. Specifically, I checked with the front desk first if I could have people over at the common area and they said yes but later their manager named Acecuna interrupted our gathering and threatened to call the Chilean police. Turns out, they just wanted us to move upstairs and buy drinks from their bar. I tried to explain the upsetting situation to their other manager Christopher Raton. But he just kept interrupting me and didn’t want to help at all. In the end, they charged me $100 for spot-cleaning a stain. The staff just seem extremely unprofessional and unempathetic at handling any situation. Really put a damper on my Chilean experience. AVOID! You deserve a better 5-star experience. Go to Intercontinental nearby instead.
