Charged £100 for breakfast in the room and I also £50 for breakfast separate to my room when I booked and they said that they have to charge for both breakfast even tho we only had breakfast in the room. It was a blatant rip off.

Terrible stay!! Make the shower work. We could not use it for 3 days. Scalding water came out and no way to adjust it. On last night of our 3 day stay, they locked us out of the room. Spend an entire day doing London and get back to hotel tired and no way to get into room. Went to front desk for a new key. It was given to us with no explanation as to why we were locked out. We went 3 days with out taking a shower because it was impossible. We called the front desk on this at least times starting with day 1
