"A couple of minor issues beyond hotels control. Dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Stayed in suite, very quiet and restful. Close to shops and the bus terminus, ideal for trips around the island. Would stay again on next visit to Guernsey."

"Really enjoyed my 4 night stay here. The staff were all amazing, friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Always greeted with a smile. Breakfast was excellent and the couple of evening meals I had were great value and delicious. Lovely atmosphere in the bar in the evening with a friendly vibe and mix of guests and locals. Good location and a 15min walk from the town centre/ harbour side (although the hill back is a bit of a climb!) This really is a hotel that makes you feel welcome and as if you are...
