The location was excellent for our visit to London, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious for London, clean, comfortable and had good amenities including a coffee machine, toiletries, gowns and slippers. The bed was comfortable, for us a little too soft, however we slept well with quality bedding and the surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and tasteful food. Staff were professional and welcoming.

Noise was terrible, room was the the front and WVWEY stood under the window smoking. ! That’s all you could smell had to call down to complain but didn’t help , then had to call at 11.30 pm as there was someone sat in a car directly across from reception under my window again with the music on full ...
