Friendly owners, beautiful view from the terrace of the appartement and a lot to see in the surroundings.

Great location with a deck that overlooks the Mediterranean. We had an easy access to the Valley of Temples, Palermo and Segesta. We would recommend this place to anyone.

The property boasts one of the best views of Sciacca and the sea I have seen! Sit on the terrace, glass of wine In hand and marvel at the tranquility and beauty of the coastline. Our hosts were respectful and so helpful if ever there was a concern and the property was perfectly located ... a short drive to Sciacca or San Marco beach . We would definitely recommend Villa Venezia to anyone interested in exploring the Agrigento province and beyond! Loved it 👍

Giuseppe ci ha guidato dalla discesa dal traghetto a Palermo fino a Villa Venezia dandoci tutte le istruzioni necessarie. La villa si affaccia su un panorama mozzafiato. Appartamento molto pulito, ben attrezzato e dotato di ogni confort. Il giardino Ăš paradisiaco, ricco di ogni tipo di fiori, curato con grande devozione dalla moglie Yrina. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo vivamente.

Sehr ruhige, traumhafte Lage mit grandoser Aussicht aufs Meer ĂŒber sehr schönen Garten. Die Wohnung unterm Dach ist mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr reizend und unkompliziert. Sciacca ist eine eher unattraktive Stadt. FĂŒr uns war dieser Standort Ausgangspunkt den Westen und SĂŒden der Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im August in der Ferienwohnung von Iryne und Giuseppe verbracht. Das Highlight ist natĂŒrlich die große Terrasse, von der man einen wirklich grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer hat. Durch die Markise und den angenehmen Wind kann man sich auch in der Mittagssonne ohne Probleme sehr gut aufhalten und auf den Liegen relaxen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen Strandurlaub braucht, auch BadetĂŒcher und Sonnenschirm. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen ĂŒber eine ordentliche Klimaanlage. Die Waschmaschine im Abstellraum haben wir oft genutzt. Iryne und Giuseppe sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps, Zitronen, Wein und Bananen bekommen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den tollen Urlaub, wir vermissen die Terrasse und das Meeresrauchen jeden Tag.

Schon vor Reisebeginn hat uns Giuseppe per WhatsApp kontaktiert und uns erste Infos zur Anreise zukommen lassen. Die Beschreibungen passten genau. Er nahm uns mit einem freundlichen, gewinnenden LĂ€cheln in Empfang, spricht zwar wenig englisch, konnte seine Nachrichten aber eindeutig und freundlich vermitteln wĂ€hrend der Wohnungsbesichtigung. Wir konnten ihn jederzeit mit Fragen und Problemen ansprechen, was wir bzgl. BadestrĂ€nden, SehenspwĂŒrdigkeiten auch gerne taten und jedesmal gute Infos erhielten. Auch als unser RĂŒckflug storniert wurde, war er spontan zur Hilfe und gab uns eine zweite Wohnung, da unsere im Anschluss wieder vermietet war. Die gemietete Whg hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Stadt, die ca 3km entfernt ist. Beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck auf der Terasse wird man mit einem tollen Blick auf die zurĂŒckkehrenden Fischerboote erfreut. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Klinaanlage in den Schlafzimmern, die uns gute Dienste leisteten. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, eine GrundausrĂŒstung GewĂŒrze, Kaffee und Nudeln war vorhanden. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht ausprobiert, war aber vorhanden. Die zur BegrĂŒssung auf dem Tisch gefundene Flasche sizilianischen Rotwein haben wir uns dann auch gerne schmecken lassen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung bei einem sehr gastfreundlichen und tollen Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Über diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur Gutes sagen: ein traumhafter Blick von einer riesigen Terrasse auf das nahe azurblaue Meer, drinnen gerĂ€umig, praktisch und schön eingerichtet. Optional zu öffnende/schließende FensterlĂ€den verhindern, dass sich die Wohnung aufheizt. Ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber, die uns mit einer Flasche Rotwein und duftenden Zitronen aus dem liebevoll und gepflegten Garten empfangen haben.

The host Giuseppe and Iryna were always friendly, helpful and approchable. You got always a very quick answer. The beautiful flat was very clean and the air condition good and necessary in a attic flat. The flat in the Villa of the owner is located in a quiet part Contrada Foggia at the edge of Capo San Marco. The view to the sea and to Sciacca is phantastic. After an eventful day we could everytime relax. Thank you very much for nice holyday.

Our host, Giuseppe Venezia, welcomed my wife and I as though we were long lost friends. A very understanding and giving man, Giuseppe answered our questions in easily to understand answers. And his recommendations for sites to see as well as restaurants to visit. I could not ask for more. Guiseppe was more than prepared for our arrival. With the Mediterranean Sea and the gentle breezes neither my wife or I can find anything negative to our stay. We highly recommended site for those visiting Sicily in and around the Sciacca region.

This is a truly spectacular apartment. Comfortable and well equipped, the views from the terrace are amazing at all times of day as the light changes. We spent many a happy hour just sitting on the terrace watching the boats and admiring the beautiful garden. It is well placed to visit a large part of north-west Sicily, the only reason for not giving 5* for every aspect is that we do like to eat out on holiday and while Sciacca is well supplied with good restaurants, there is nowhere, unless you like pizza, to eat within walking distance. Giuseppe and Iryna are welcoming, helpful, but unobtrusive hosts. Thoroughly recommended.

Vi bodde fem personer i Ă„tta dagar i denna trevliga lĂ€genhet. Den rymliga terrassen har plats för flera solstolar, matbord samt Ă€ven för att hĂ€nga tvĂ€tt, och utsikten över havet Ă€r helt fantastisk. LĂ€genheten Ă€r ren och frĂ€sch, och fullt utrustad med allt man behöver, Ă€ven strandhanddukar. I köket finns ett rymligt matbord, om man föredrar att Ă€ta inomhus istĂ€llet för pĂ„ terrassen. TrĂ€dgĂ„rden Ă€r extremt vĂ€lskött och vacker, och har ocksĂ„ en liten stig ner till havet, pĂ„ fem minuter Ă€r man nere vid klippor dĂ€r man kan bada. Föredrar man sandstrand finns det flera bra strĂ€nder i nĂ€romrĂ„det, pĂ„ kort bilavstĂ„nd. Villakvarteret Ă€r mycket lugnt, det finns en trevlig restaurang pĂ„ gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd och till centrum i Sciacca Ă€r det ca 15 minuter med bil. Staden Ă€r vĂ€lskött och fin och erbjuder bĂ„de shopping, fina promenader och restauranger. Ägarna till lĂ€genheten Ă€r mycket trevliga och hjĂ€lper gĂ€rna till med tips och rĂ„d om man sĂ„ önskar.

Les propriétaires sont particuliÚrement attentifs aux moindres détails, et , pour citer un illustre Italien, "Les détails font la perfections, et la perfection n'est pas un détail". Il n'est donc pas étonnant que cette adresse mérite 5 étoiles . -La qualité de la prestation : il ne manque vraiment rien ! - La position dominante de la terrasse , avec une vue à 180° sur la mer. - La maison et son beau jardin exotique "pieds dans l'eau",( la mer étant accessible par un petit escalier) . Des propriétaires charmants , toujours disponibles , mais sans contraintes ...Bref , trois semaines de ciel bleu ,sur un petit nuage ,(un comble) et proche du paradis ...!!

We enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment. We arrived late at night (midnight) and Guiseppe was kind enough to meet us and show us the way to the apartment and help us get settled. The apartment had all the amenities that a family or a couple would need for their vacation. The location is excellent for exploring the West side of Sicily, though you do need a car. The views of the Mediterranean Sea and Sciacca are fabulous, regardless of the weather. We hope to return for another visit.

Im September waren wir zum 4ten mal bei Giuseppe und Iryne in diesem wunderschönen Haus und es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Vom Balkon hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und fĂŒr alle Fragen offen.

We have spent a wonderful two-week holiday in this apartment. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace across the colourful garden and sparkling Mediterranean towards Sciacca and the mountains beyond. It is well worth getting up early in the morning to watch the sunrise. It is an ideal location for exploring the fascinating layers of history in this region, from the ancient ruins at Segeste and the classically beautiful temples of Agrigento, to the dramatic medieval town of Erice. Relaxing days can be spent at the local family beach of San Marco or at the more remote locations in the vicinity of Eraclea Minoa. We did not attempt to use public transport and a car is probably a necessity. And our advice – “when in Sicily drive like a Sicilian!” The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed and good value for money. However, it is the owners, Giuseppe and Iryna, who set this apartment above all others. They are very unobtrusive but more than willing to help if asked. Giuseppe will proudly share his local knowledge and give advice on sites to visit and places to eat. But, more importantly, we will always be eternally grateful for their support, kindness and generosity when my husband required urgent medical treatment. Giuseppe acted as our chauffer, interpreter and carer during our hospital visits. We appreciate everything he did for us and will never be able to thank him enough. We also thank Iryna for supplying comfort food and polishing our car before our return journey home. Above and beyond the call of duty! Whether Jim is allowed to go on holiday again is up to the result of Brexit and his wife!!!
