"Very comfortable room and very welcoming staff. Hotel is very handy for Botanic Gardens, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and local restaurants etc. Breakfast is good value including both continental and full cooked items. I will definitely make a return visit."

"the location and there is a fridge in room"

"Centrally located, clean rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff."

"Really lovely stay very close to sites as well as a bus stop to get into the city quickly. The staff gave great recommendations and allowed us to check in really early."

"Great location"

"The accommodation was not as nice looking as the photos showed online. I'm guessing the photos were years ago when the place was new. Could do with a freshen up. I think they should have a fan for use as there's no air conditioning and it was very warm making it difficult to sleep."

"Good location, friendly helpful staff"

"Scott , George and the staff were always kind and made all guests feel welcome. The head manager was very helpful when I needed it and this will always be my favorite Westend Hotel. Could use a more mushy pillow, but the firm beds were great."

"Hardest beds we have had , only one pillow each not great if your staying 3 nights , would be ok for 1 night"

"Good location, Room basic but comfortable. Only drawback was the amount of beggars who seem to hanging about and using the hotel entrance for a heat."
