Sometimes when we are in a hurry to get everything done at once, it turns out that we are late with everything and this time the team showed class that sometimes Savoy or Ritz could envy. Massive „Thank you” to Adi to let me stay and finish my chapter past the expected moment to leave. "The staff are the saving grace of this hotel. They were helpful and caring. As a Disabled user I found the room given was not that shown on Expedia website. Was unable to have access to a shower the first night. Changed rooms for following two nights. Space for wheelchair limited. Lifts to rooms small. Couldn’t charge phone or hearing aids as no usb outlets. Not really geared up to solo disabled travellers"
