"Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. "The resort is beautiful. The staff are beautiful. The spa is very nice. Breakfast is among the best I have eaten anywhere, with tremendous variety. Unfortunately a (nearby?) mosque starts its prayers at 4 AM and plays them on a loudspeaker as loud as the system can push. So sleeping past 4 AM takes discipline I simply do not have. This is not the fault of the resort. Perhaps they can talk to the Imam to get him to turn down the volume? Alternately, the resort could replace all the glazing with triple-glazed sound proofed units? A costly solution for sure, but maybe that would help? Perhaps some 'anti-sound' system within the rooms might help? The people at the resort were simply amazing and acknowledged our concern and are even more impacted for sure than we were for our 2 night stay. So I felt bad for them. I adapted by going to bed at 8 PM and during our stay."

"I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "

"While the initial room photos were a bit misleading—showing a Studio Premier with a kitchenette for a Deluxe King booking—and the listed laundry room was unavailable, Citadines handled the situation with true hospitality. To make up for the discrepancy, they kindly upgraded me to a Studio Premier and provided complimentary laundry service. Their quick resolution really made my stay comfortable. However, at 1am on my last night was disrupted by a malfunctioning electrical panel that caused the lights and air conditioning to flicker on and off. As the issue couldn't be fixed on the spot, the hotel moved everyone on my floor to different rooms for the remainder of the night. I refused to as I didnt want to everything for a few hours also the AC seemed to work for a couple more hours until it completely stopped. By that time it was already 4am and I had to be up at 6am to leave for the airport at 7am. So that left me a zombie for my long flight. The joy of a new development"
