Amazing
In fact, I thank the IC Group in Lara and Belek. I visited the Belek Resort this time, something very special and luxurious. I thank all the workers in this beautiful resort, from the reception to the workers in the restaurant. Very diverse and excellent in food.

The hotel met expectations and in some areas (lake area and villas, aqua park) even exceeded them. The food was OK but much simpler than in Rixos we stayed last year, but it was reflected in a lower price. The pools were not heated and water relatively cold, but no one promised the heating. Otherwise, I liked the hotel, the facilities were excellent, the territory relatively compact, the lake area very beautiful. The hotel is built years ago, but is renovated and very well maintained. Children enjoyed the water park. Also, the hotel is very close to Land of Legends

As soon as I checked in and enter my room, there were a blanket at my bed with blood stain on it. I called the receptionist more than 8 times and asked for a clean blanket but no one showed up. We slept without blanket the first night, and then on the second day after calling guest relation office they send me the new blanket. There were a bump in front of the restroom in the lobby, which caused my mom to fall down, we had to call ambulance and then take her to hospital to just check her nose and this caused us about Euro 550. The hotel didn't take any responsibilities on this, no sympathy, didn't compensate our hospital expenses since it happened inside the hotel with their bump on the floor. They just accept our late check out so my mom could rest until we go to airport. we were so disappointed! The hotel receptionists and most of the staff couldn't speak English and it made the communication very hard. For a 5star hotel which was fairy expensive too, these were not acceptable. On a positive side, the food were amazing. The nightly entertainment were good and the photographers at the hotel were friendly and took beautiful pictures.

Overall experience was great, food is amazing, a lot of options , you will never stay hungry. The rooms that have a sea view will suffer from music noise until 23:15,23:30 so forget about sleep early. The service and the team were really nice and professional.

TLDR : This hotel is so filthy we left after only 2 days (out of 11) to go to another hotel. We wanted to leave earlier but our other hotel didn’t have room capacity earlier. Terrible customer service manager made it impossible to acknowledge that we left hotel after 2 days and hotel now refuses to refund us, although they told us when we vacated after 2 days that they would use our room for other guests. Upon our arrival in our room on day 1, we quickly realized the misrepresentation of IC Santai as a 5-star hotel on several online travel sites and the pictures provided by the hotel. Our room was furnished with a 1-seater fabric couch that appeared to have multiple large blood stains all over it. The bed did not even have a proper blanket sheet (like in any 5-star hotel or as shown on the hotel website for that matter), but rather what felt like an uncomfortable rug that served as a blanket. The bed sheets were so thin you could see right through to the mattress. One pillow had dirty hairs on it. Pillowcases had holes in them. Far from the bedding you would expect at a 5-star hotel. The rooms are also equipped with a 21” flat screen TV. These are so rarely seen these days that they must be classified as antiques and are probably worth a lot of money. Our room appeared to have been cleaned in a rush; there was melted chocolate on the desk and food crumbs under the bed and under the curtains. Not the type of cleaning effort expected in times of Covid-19 and for a 5-star hotel

Great staff and lots of fun activities
Great All-Inclusive property. Lots of activities for the kids to keep them busy all through the day. Great selection of food and beverages to keep the adults in a good mood. The dining room staff always served with a smile, the pool bar was always busy but well serviced. The rooms are a bit dated, mattresses should be changed. The bathroom in our room had an open drain which resulted in an awful smell when ever we came back from outside. But hey, who spends time in the room in a property like this one.

My stay was not so good it iwas very disappointed As the rooms were very bad like 2 star hotel and the the location and the service was very poor. I contacted with the customer service of hotel.com they didn’t help me at all which was quite stressing and upsetting. I want my refund for these three nights booking which I requested before. I have contacted with the hotel customer service desk regarding their service and rooms and for my refund as well but they said for you refund you have to contact with hotel com. So please refund me as soon as thanks it will be much appreciated.

Absolutely horrific experience. Booked 2 nights just to spend time at their water park but was shocked to see that ALL OUTDOOR activities were closed because it was their Winter season. Was disappointed because this was not even mentioned on their website nor on Expedia that activities are closed. When we arrived we were shocked to see that all outdoor activities were closed and only 1 indoor pool was operating. Even outdoor activities like mini golf were closed, so basically we ended up spending the 2 days in our hotel room doing nothing. Rooms are also quite old, specially the bathrooms, needs renovation. Half of the items served in the restaurant were stale. Will never be coming to this resort ever again.

It is definitely catered for families. Food was very good with plenty of options. The lack of English speaking staff was difficult at times. The level of service received varied depending on where you were from Russians and Germans were treated like celebrities. The spa service could be amazing but they allow children and loud teenagers access to the baths so the experience wasn’t peaceful. Overall I was happy with our stay.

Good staff and srevice, good children activites; good pools good villas , good turkish path . small room no shows no music or what to do after 11 pm , it was darkness !! Just go to sleep? The main resturant small!!! There no food choices its was poor food there are hour at the day and the night with out food at all we was sleeping hungry its not situble for 5 stars resort all inc. i pay high price for 5 resort unfortanutly it wasnt. There are huge expnsive prices in the market hotel or in some service for children . Also shisha was expnsive.
