"Beautiful property, clean and spacious room, great service. We are so thankful for our stay at this property. We had a patio outside our room, and this was a highlight for me. The restaurant had a bar with local wines and snacks; we could then sit outside and relax in peace. We did one of the wine tastings with the hotel, which was fabulous. We ate at the restaurant; my teenage children each found something they enjoyed. It is located outside of Florence, so we did have a bit of a drive each day to see different sites, but the property made the stay very well worth it. Breakfast each day was also really wonderful,"

"My family and I had such a great time. Such a kid friendly place and at check in they even had a little playground while you waiting and gave the kids bubbles. So great to be in nature and all of the amenities were lovely. The waterparks that were padded on the ground were genius and we did a family wine tasting which was such a lovely memory. Our stay was so nice with the deck and the grocery store is so affordable for dinners in. Love love love! My toddler played all day and there were so many times we got to relax because they had everything that we wanted or needed right on property."

"Words cannot begin to describe our stay at Cate’s family villa! We booked 2 nights for our micro wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived in Impruneta, Cate warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home.The villa is breathtaking, spacious, authentically Tuscan, peaceful, and surrounded by incredible views. The pool, gardens, and annex are gorgeous, with plenty of room for our group of 8. We also loved having local Prosecco, wine, and olive oil available throughout our stay.The wedding festivities were unforgettable. We booked the pizza class and chef dinner, and everyone went above and beyond to make our celebration special. Chef Nicola was warm, fun, and hands-on, even remembering we had never tried Grappa and bringing some for our family on our wedding night. Cecilia worked tirelessly coordinating vendors and setting up, and even brought me Prosecco while I was getting ready. Our florist, Catia, felt like an Italian nonna. She made the most beautiful flowers and helped me with my vows and veil before the ceremony.Planning a wedding from America can feel daunting, but Cate and her team made everything effortless. We could truly relax and trust them completely. Even our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended.If you’re considering this villa, do not hesitate. "This property was nice. We enjoyed our two nights in a home on property. The home was a little dated but overall nice. Getting to Florence was a bit challenging, due to the property being in an isolated area. On the weekends there are only two busses that so by the property... one in the morning and one at night, so plan accordingly."
