Bathroom disappointing and toilet not cleaned

"Bathroom was tired, but worst thing was toilet bowl, which was very stained/ dirty at the back. Surely a strong bleach would have removed whatever the brown spots and stains were?"

"The room was clean but shower room very small. Whilst there was a kettle there was no tea or coffee provided. No curtains and the blinds did a poor job in keeping the early morning sunlightout so did not skeep well. Would probably not stay here again."
