8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by Nicky and Elise who were friendly and really helpful. Thankyou so much ladies! The room was lovely, clean and spacious too. It was an enjoyable stay here. There’s only one negative thing I wanted to mention was… the communication needs to be improved through their messaging service of which I didn’t get any replies back when making a request. Overall it was a lovely stay in a quiet location which was nice and just a 10-15 min walk into the city centre which was a great bonus for us."
