The Apartment was clean however with the chip shop being directly below the smell of chip fat was very off putting and lingered on clothing. This coupled with the cockroaches running around the kitchen and bathroom were more than enough for me to not extend my stay and would not book again.

Lovely all I can complain about there was no tea/ coffees
Had wrote a review on google for this property but will do one now on here. This is a place that I would stay at again with no problems at all. Nice to be in walking distance of a grocery store, shops and different food options outside of downtown (city center). Also nice to be steps away from a tram stop for more transportation and shopping options. Some noise from outside the room and inside on occasion but was tolerable. When I do return back to the city will be looking at this place again mainly for the options of inside the room and what is near by.

Very efficient booking (answered phone calls and e-mails promptly and helpfully), and arrival (clear instructions by e-mail on how to get in and it all worked). Deposit returned efficiently and swiftly. Apartment was clean and tidy and well organised. Car parking takes a bit of thought (the street parking immediately around the apartment is permit controlled), but clear instructions are given and it felt perfectly safe (obvs no difference if you’re not in a car!).

The location is good (just opposite a tram stop), the amenities are excellent (like an AirBnb) but the walls are so thin! Drunk guests on a Saturday night from number 8 had invited people over at 0230 and they stayed almost until 0400 being loud we couldn't sleep. Otherwise it was ok

I liked the fact that the flat was away from tram noise. Everything necessary was there. Clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Near to shops, tramline, buses so easy to get around. Slight smell from chip shop but managed with air freshener provided.

Easy self check in and out. We had a slight issue in the apartment when we arrived but they were easy and very prompt to resolve the issue. Everything we needed was in the apartment and would definitely stay there again.

A bit strange at first, but the apartment was very well equipped and spacious. It is ideally situated for the tram into Sheffield. Parking places are limited.

Very basic, room not properly cleaned, smelt off on arrival, problems with the front door. Deposit required was too high given quality of the room and location. Rarely any staff on site to sort out problems.

When we booked with hotel.com they told us that we will stay in king bed and will have sofa bed tooo. Which wasnt truth as the williams hills borough apartment dont hve king bed, all apartment are double bed. So we got false information. Also we had to pay extra for agent to make sofa bed as wasnt made. The apartment was good and i loved how big the room with kitchen and toliet was good.

Really loved the apartment & I'd love to stay there again. Although a couple of slippers would've been nice!
But the true problem for me was the nonfunctional WiFi.. If I'm to stay for more than 1 night I would go crazy!!!!

I liked the big morrisons supermarket nearby. The room is more than expected. It is a bit noisy with traffic, yes. Overall very satisfactory and check in is quite smooth.

I booked this apartment not exactly knowing what I was booking. Its an apartment not a hotel and therefore has a hefty deposit which in reality anyone should get back. The staff were amazing helping me organise an extra bed for my kids. The other great thing about this complex is you can't get lost, its literally AT a tram stop with a Costa's next door and a Wetherspoons across the street if you need easy food and a drink.

The deposit is the best solution at the moment, to enable us to provide a good service with a lower cost to our guest. because to have a 24 hour concierge will increase the cost of each stay. please bare with us, we have not stopping on improving our services.
the Wi-Fi did have problems while you were here, and this is not what we would like our guest to experience, and thank you for your time to let us know, we have contacted out internet provider and have resolved this issue.

The accommodation was fine,spacious and comfortable.The issue was the noise of the traffic, the trams and the pedestrian crossing which had an audio message.The trams and the crossing didn't stop at 11pm but went on until after midnight and started again at 6am. It was not a restful experience and we would not stay again
Very noisy pedestrian crossing out front. Crossing has loud speaker warning pedestrians to look both ways.
Weather was hot so windows needed to be open.
Good self service and self catering hotel with limited and no room service. Room conditions are good but carpet and floor need little bit of improvement.Overall good hotel to stay with family.
The stay was wonderful and the communication between myself and the management was great, any questions I had they was answered promptly and with kindness. The shower and bathroom facilities were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable.

1st class service
Service great and very friendly and helpful in guiding you in, advising on parking and even travelled out at short notice to come and let me in. Very impressed and although the accomodation is fairly basic and in a less than touristy area, it is right next to the tram stop and doesnt pretend to be something it isnt.
