The deposit is the best solution at the moment, to enable us to provide a good service with a lower cost to our guest. because to have a 24 hour concierge will increase the cost of each stay. please bare with us, we have not stopping on improving our services. the Wi-Fi did have problems while you were here, and this is not what we would like our guest to experience, and thank you for your time to let us know, we have contacted out internet provider and have resolved this issue. thanks again for your valuable comment, and we are looking forward to seeing you again in the future.
