"We had the suite which was a pleasant surprise upgrade. The hotel was easy to find, quite small but offered some where to sit and have a drink of you wanted inside or out. The rooms were nicely decorated and the bathroom was nice, clean and a good standard. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. There were bedside lamps which were handy and charging points for your phone etc. It had a tv and a seating area. A hair dryer was provided which was a nice surprise. The air con was a huge success as it was very hot. There was no breakfast Option but there was plenty of choice around it . Complimentary tea coffee etc and biscuits. We would and will return and I recommend this hotel if you want a nice clean hotel in this area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful which is always a bonus. It was also good value for money in my opinion."

"Facilities are okay, hallway was stinking, not sure why. Good number bathrooms and toilets, toilets can be washed frequently. Staff at reception need basic training like smiling & say hello, all appeared to be unwelcoming. It appears that they don’t want to work at reception. I would highly recommend the St Christopher-Village at borough market. That’s much better."

"No significant issues. Rooms were clean and tidy, and there were facilities for drinks etc. (although only four tiny pots of milk for four tea bags and four coffee sachets - why do they always do that?). The staff we dealt with were friendly and at pains to make sure we had everything we needed, both on the phone and at the front door on arrival. Helpful with sending us to a fantastic pizza restaurant for dinner too. One TV remote was missing from one room. There was a challenge with leaving ID overnight because we were leaving before Reception opened, and there needed to be a security against door keys - it seemed like no-one had ever had to leave before reception opened before. The showers were not overly powerful."
