"This hotel was so beautiful and elegant. it was in the perfect location. we did not take an uber anywhere, only to and from the airport. The staff even accommodated us in an early check in. simply amazing!"

FYI there are separate male and female steam rooms so we had to steam separately. Huge variety on offer for buffet breakfast and great location - short walk from Waterloo and to theatre land. "Rooms comfy, clean and well appointed and very good location near Marble Arch. Check in was disorganised and staff not overly friendly. Public areas also like a shopping mall and doesn’t feel like a hotel, with limited quiet spaces to relax."
