"I went to London for 9 dats. I have request requests for surveys from two airlines your hotel twice the restroom where I had dinner the restaurant where I had breakfast, the rail service that I took a train up to Darlington on the hotel that I stayed in in Darlington. It really is too much. Everybody wants my feedback if I don’t like you I won’t stay there again. If I like you, I will. I’m not in the business of promoting these business businesses I was just a customer."

"Clan Room and wonderful staff. We met Shafkat when we arrived and he was so helpful. I also requested for an early check-in which \they were really helpful with. David reached out to us early enough to help with our plans. Great Stay and hotel is central to everything "

"First off John at the front desk was great. Super friendly and checked us in quickly. The room we had was the studio suite. It came with a two burner stove, large fridge, a dishwasher and a washer dryer combo. Unexpected but perfect for our 10 day trip. The staff was always helpful but the room was only cleaned once for our stay. That was fine. We got toilet paper when we needed it and if you needed it you could tell the desk and housekeeping would empty your trash. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was the tub/shower drained slow. All in all a great way to visit London. "
