"The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early."
"Nice helpful launderette man nearby since the property’s laundry is very small , dryers don’t work well but seems to be the way in the UK for the small dryers? Nice pub nearby . And 8 minute walk to dining , grocery, shopping and train and bus . Our kitchen was very very small. Has cutesy sayings where a hook or a shelf would be more useful. Staff helpful, brought fan and extra hangers. "

"An hidden gem within the hustle and bustle of the city. A beautiful old building with a quiet and comfortable atmosphere inside. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back again. "
"I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future. Very close to various restaurants, bus stop and tube. Only downside to the property is that it doesn't have a lift so you'll have to carry those bags upstairs, but other than that awesome property and staff."

It's in a great location (walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops) and the breakfast options are expansive for being included in the nightly rate. Staff are super friendly.
