"We stayed in this hotel when it was the K&K and it was charming then. The hotel has had an extensive upgrade since then. The staff are without exception, exceptional and professional. O"

"Amazing views of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat after a long day out. Free access to the public Anytime Fitness club was also appreciated. But above all the staff were the icing on the cake - always with smiles and eager to help. "

"All fine but did book hotel primarily for use of spa with son. Jacuzzi not working and separate sauna so didnt bother. Make sure if you want breakfast you double check price as price at check in (which i dithered about) was less than what i was charged next morning. Nice enough hotel, quiet location"

"The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The gym was great, the sauna and steam room was really nice too. The pool was good, though it was a bit small."

"Room was very clean except found few stains on bedding, AC/heater works well, our bathroom had a bit of plumbing odor, walkable food/store spots, metro/bus are 4-8 mins walk! "

"Well appointed room with fine facilities, very clean. Very comfortable beds where we slept good. Very nice staff. A VERY well. We are very satisfied and can RECOMMED the hotel! Close to Gloucester Rd Tube also and buses. Only thing: we would like you to axcenhange the shampoo, conditioner and bath foam tubes for large containers to keep down waste."
