"If you want television that freezes every minute for 30 seconds, haphazard internet that is faulty, no air conditioning that works, moved five times to different rooms in as many days - where nothing works, bathroom fixtures all loose, toilet seats that do not fit toilets, bathroom door only opens a third due to it hits the bed, and being told technicians are called to fix things ( that never ever showed up) and being charged high season rates / for advertising what was not delivered / this is...

"Location is great, tube station was around 10 mins walk, bus stop was just 2 mins away. Salisbury, M&S Food, Pret and Tescos express all closeby. Apartment is on 3rd floor, living room and main bedroom were quite spacious. Lift is available. Terrace/Balcony. Need little higher speed wifi."
