"Very friendly staff, just like all the other comments. We were able to check in a little early thanks to a lovely woman at the front desk—so appreciated. Well-located. The room was decent, comfortable and clean, but missing a few details - like wash cloths, a shower that kind of overflows onto the bathroom floor since the drains didn’t empty quite fast enough, a random tooth brush found in the bathroom when we first arrived. None of these were dealbreakers and we had a perfectly nice stay, but just a little more focus on housekeeping details would have upped the impression."

"Lovely continental breakfast. Room was clean but dated Nice curry restaurant attachedto hotel where you had your breakfast in the morning. Very vlose to tube station. Close to Albert Hall"

"We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. Perfect location, in a fancy neighborhood, really close to underground station. Hyde Park is just a little walk distance. Friendly and nice staff. Room is well decorated, with comfy bed. Bathroom has shower and bath tub. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Lots of amenities like electric kettle and coffee machine with plenty of tea and coffee pods. Complimentary bottles of water. Everything perfect! Just a suggestion: the only thing missing in the room is a mini fridge. About the breakfast, honestly we expected more variety and better options. Normally, a 5 stars hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a large selection of fresh products and healthy food. We found the buffet really basic, in accordance to a 3 stars hotel. And it’s not only about the variety, unfortunately food was not so tasty. This is not a bad feedback pure and simple, we hope the hotel would consider our review to improve breakfast service. But that said, we recommend this hotel and we will stay here again for sure! "

"The hotel is in a very accommodating area and very safe and very pretty area south Kensington Gloucester area. It is one block away from the tube at close station which brings you to all the different areas that she wants. Also close to has restaurants to eat also which is very convenient. There is also the museum around the corner from the hotel and if you walk another full block, which is long you get to South Kensington, where there is a lot of places to eat. This hotel is a very convenient location very pretty. The hotel is very very clean. We stayed in one bedroom had a living room, kitchen area, even have a washer and dryer which came in handy. They gave you everything you needed cups utensils pots pans refrigerator. I did not have the breakfast in the morning my husband did. He said it was OK. if you’re looking for a full breakfast, you will not get it here. It’s just a couple of little things to start your day. Staff was very helpful and friendly and you needed your room key in order to access the hotel after certain hours, which was very safe. If I ever go back to London, that’s definitely where I’m going to stay for the convenience, friendliness, clean rooms, quietness. Its like a home away from home."
