"Staff were lovely & welcoming. Beds really comfy. Great location. Wonderful breakfast Air conditioning did not work. Room was too hot & we couldn’t sleep. Opened the windows which meant we had the traffic noise. Could also hear lift & lift instructions late in evening & early morning "

"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here and we would stay here again. The building is incredible! The room had everything we needed. The only slight problem was how hot the room was, even with turning the room temperature all the way down, it didn't seem to make a difference. We still had a good sleep though. Breakfast was also good. My only slight criticism is that my coffee order was forgotten twice so I had to remind them to get me a coffee."

"Clean room, breakfast was monotonous, hot items were not offered consistently and when ordered took forever. Carpet in hallways needs shampooed and cleaned. Furnishins appear dated. Expected more from a Marriott. "
