"We enjoyed our stay and found all staff very approachable, they have excellent customer service skills. Only cons: The pillows were not great, and it was a bit tricky to make the room comfortable temperature at night (it was too cold, and the heater was a bit loud) but for us it’s not a deal breaker. It might be important to know for sensitive sleepers. However, we liked the location a lot and the customer service. The property is nice and clean. The toiletry is very pleasantly scented. The TV worked fine and the water in the shower was good pressure and temperature. I would return again! "

"Nice place, clean, comfy, very friendly staff. The room wasn’t huge, but good enough for my purposes. Great value for the location. Great Indian restaurant attached., and very central, next to Gloucester road tube, museums etc Will be using again."
