"I have used the K Hotel before, located a few minutes walk from the Gloucester Road Underground. Booked here as this is a pleasant 15-minute brisk walk to the iconic Royal Albert Hall. The rooms always look immaculate, this was double room, on the 4th Floor, spacious and modern lighting, the room has drinks station to make tea/coffee, a safe and spacious hanging, the bathroom is always warm thank to the heated towel rail, with large shower, that has rainfall and handheld modes. Locally there are a number of restaurants and amenities, as well with a great range of shops only minutes away."

"Fantastic hotel, loved our stay here! Incredibly convenient location and nice cute neighborhood that didn’t feel touristy, with good food options, right across the street from the Underground station (Piccadilly, Circus and District lines), nice and helpful staff, and beautiful clean rooms. "

"Combination washer/dryer worked well. Difficulty getting tv to work properly. Staff were great. Close to Earl's Court Station. Clean, safe area. Lovely neighborhood."

"Hospitality was very good but we were disappointed to find that a service charge was added to all purchases at the bar that we were not told about. We only realised this when reviewing the receipt. Service charges should be at the customers discretion. There was also a £50 deposit that was asked for on arrival but not clearly explained!! This was taken on my bank card (which worried me for the duration of my stay, as I had paid up front and never use room service or charge to my room) and when I asked for the payment to be reversed, as I checked out, and a receipt for the negative payment I was told this was not possible. I was very disappointed that we are not trusted. Now if I had been asked for a credit to authorise any charges, If added, this would have been fine but to take a £50 deposit, with no explanation, is not on. Very disappointed. Spoilt my stay. 😟"

"Fantastic hotel a short walk from Royal Alber Hall. Very helpful, friendly reception staff. Basic bar fantastically decorated. Great, huge bedroom with one of the best walking showers I’ve ever had. A little underwhelmed with the breakfast but would not put me off using again. Will definitely use again "

"Nothing remarkable about this hotel - first room we were given was very small, they switched us to a bigger room - still small, but workable. Some things didn't work - A/C, electrical outlet in bathroom, TV remote was sporadic"
