"Staff at the front desk and manager went above and beyond. They helped us recover an item left in an Uber. They were alway friendly and helpful with suggestions. The neighborhood had upscale shopping. Transportation was readily available on Sloane Square. Very walkable as well. Room was very attractive and comfortable. "We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff made an effort to call us as soon as it was. We were then lucky enough to be upgraded to an enormous suite which had complimentary mini bar, huge queen size bed etc. The location was great for a central base in Chelsea and we also tried breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was was also highly rated. Staff were great - only a minor couple of hiccups where they accidentally double charged us for a room but this was quickly rectified. They went above and beyond to make this special birthday trip even more special. We will be back "
