"This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in.The property and the staff were excellent and would strongly recommend it for a stay in London."
"Fantastic staff. Very clean. The rooms are small but that is an acceptable trade off for the location, service and cleanliness. I will definitely stay again."

"The lication was superb for all of the sites, within 10 minute walk of Big Ben and the view from the Japanese restaurant is phenomenal! The food was also very good. We will always sray at this hotel when in London. Great perk if you choose to not have your room cleaned they give you a bottle of wine!!!"
"Amedities were great, clean, great if your a chelsea fan, also if you arnt. I would say only disappointing part is the lack of in your face chelsea art work etc, sometimes felt like a generic hotel"
"Excellent hotel, cannot fault it any way, customer service from all staff brilliant, so welcoming and helpful in every way, regular guest, will never stay in any other hotel when visiting London @"
"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."
