We had booked to see Setevie wonder on Saturday then ELO SUnday but dud to ihis ill health ELO was cancelled.We asked at reception of othercefents particularly an art exhibition we wanted to see..He went awaycabd came bzck with 2 tickets for free entyr .What a lovely surprise.
The only thing that was disappointng was they had now Brown sauce with breakfast.We did ask but they had run out.
That being said it was a first class stay and we will definitely return .Thank you

"The hotel is clean, close to Big Ben in England and the London Eye. There are a few gift shops on a somewhat dirty street under the tunnel where the car park is situated, but you can also find shops on your way to Big Ben. A Starbucks is near the hotel as you head toward the London Eye.
The hotel does have restaurants on the premises; however, there are no other dining options nearby. Overall, we received excellent service from most of the hotel staff, although we encountered a few individuals who seemed less enthusiastic and unwilling to help on a particular day. We had shower door issues, but they were fixed immediately. We requested the key for the terrace and got it as soon as they could bring it up, but the gentleman did not explain anything, just asked me to sign for the key and figure things out myself. "

Bed was very comfortable. very close to Victoria Station for trains and Underground. London seems to have homeless living on the street wherever you go. This hotel is no exception. Some of these seem to suffer from shouting and screaming fits, and should be avoided. Check-in and Check-out available 24/7, very efficient and helpful"
