"Definitely the best place to stay at Heathrow Airport due to it's convenient location. No bus required, just walk in. Will stay there again. Bed was also very comfortable"

"The room was small but very clean. The shower was great. The staff at check in were wonderfully helpful. We especially loved the friendly and helpful doormen. My only complaint was a very rude front desk clerk who rudely told me “we don’t post” when I asked her if she could please put our post card in the mail. The location is perfect near attractions and restaurants. Will stay here again."
