"Centrally located, near most visited tourist spots"

"This hotel is in a very busy, commercial area, which isn't horrible but can be very noisy at times. The Underground is right around the corner which is great. There are a ton of fast food restaurants and a couple very nice restaurants. As far as the hotel itself.... The staff is extremely helpful!! I mean that, they are great. Unfortunately, the hotel is lacking in many areas. We booked online they Expedia and was sent email letting me know that I could inquire about a free upgrade.... When we arrived, I inquired, and was told I was supposed to do that they Expedia. No such a great start. We got to our room which was tiny...I mean tiny and hot. They came to look into the air conditioning and we decided to just upgrade. Back down the stairs and we did the upgrade. I asked them to make sure the air conditioner worked before we moved ourstuff, I was told they would definitely check. . "

"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."
